REFUNDS & RETURNS

Any shipping costs paid on your order will not be refunded should you require a refund unless the product is damaged or faulty when you received it. Please note you will also be required to pay for your own shipping costs when returning a product to us unless the product you received is damaged or faulty.

Should your goods arrive faulty or damaged please email us at hello@helloposto.com.au within 14 days of receiving your goods to organise an exchange or refund for the purchase cost of your Item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item MUST be unused, unwashed and in the same original condition that you received it in with labels and tags still attached. Should a refund be required, it will be processed within 2 business days from us receiving the returned goods. 

Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately we are unable to refund change of mind orders. This also includes pre ordered items. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty. 

FACTORY SECONDS 

Factory seconds are product seconds which may contain imperfections which is why they are sold at a discounted price. When sold these products will state that they have imperfections and are sold as is. Unfortunately all of the factory second items are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless stated otherwise.
